Code of Conduct & Complaints

You can complain about us to an independent body at any time. It is free, it is independent of PIYP, and you do not need our permission or our involvement. Find your state or territory in the table below.

Where to complain, by state

Use the body for the state or territory you are in.

Read the Code

Each state publishes its own version of the Code. They are substantially the same document.

A copy of the Code and of this complaints information is also available on request by emailing hello@piyp.com.au.

What the Code requires of us — in plain English

This summary is provided for readability. The Code itself is the authoritative document — please read it using the links above.

Other places you can go

Tell us too, if you want to

You are never required to raise something with us before going to a complaints body. But if you’d like us to fix it directly, email hello@piyp.com.au. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 20.

PIYP is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.
