Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
Perception in Your Pocket (PiYP) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it. We keep it simple and we keep it honest.
What we collect
- Your name and contact details when you book or pay.
- Payment details, which are handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Notes your practitioner keeps about your sessions, so we can give you good follow-up and continuity of care.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your sessions and follow-up.
- To take payment for the time you book.
- To match you with the right practitioner.
- To stay in touch about your care and aftercare.
Who sees it
Your information is seen only by the people who need it to help you: your practitioner and the PiYP team supporting your care. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
We use trusted services to run PiYP (for example, Stripe for payments and Calendly for bookings). They handle only what they need to do their job, under their own privacy terms.
When we may share information
If we believe you or someone else is at serious risk of harm, our duty of care may require us to share information with emergency or professional services. We do this only to keep people safe.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. We limit who can access it to the people supporting your care.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. Contact us at claude@piyp.com.au.
